Responsibilities
- Drive monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain KPIs: sales, inventory turnover
- Lead counter sales operations
- Grow existing accounts and develop new business
- Promote upselling of parts and accessories
- Maintain optimal stock levels (min/max strategy)
- Reduce stockouts and excess inventory
- Oversee order processing, warehouse coordination, and logistics
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Maintain healthy gross margins
- Optimize inventory and reduce aging stock
- Build a high-performing, accountable team
- Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
- 5+ years in HVAC distribution, wholesale
- 3+ years in a management or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and parts
Qualifications
- Inventory control and operational discipline
- Leadership and team development
- Customer relationship management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP systems such as: Sage 300
- Some Excel skills are highly preferred
