Pay and Benefits

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between USD 54,042.00 - USD 81,063.00.

The total compensation package includes a competitive salary, unlimited staff discounts, a 70% discount on stays in the Hotel in St Lucia, a 50% staff discount, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off benefits.
