Store Manager (Gardens Mall)

About the role

As the Store Manager, you are responsible for the store's overall performance, talent initiatives, operational execution, visual standards, and customer experience. Ideal candidates are individuals who are motivated, adaptable to change, coachable, values oriented, strong talent developers, and have a passion for our brand. This position is for our store in Gardens Mall.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership
  • Responsible for overall store performance and KPIs
  • Serve as brand ambassador by showing passion for the brand, educating customers on our history, and demonstrating knowledge about our product and the industry
  • Create effective action plans to maintain or improve performance
  • Build new and repeat business through customer clienteling
• Training + Development
  • Proven track record in recruiting, onboarding, and developing both internal and external talent
  • Effective communication style that energizes and encourages teamwork
  • Lead through collaboration, encouraging team input and fostering accountability and trust
  • Clearly communicate new initiatives and goals in a timely and effective manner
• Customer Service
  • Passionate about providing the best customer experience to all customers
  • Lead by example in setting the tone for team appearance and in-store behavior
  • Coach the team on return policies while prioritizing customer experience
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns professionally and with a resolution-oriented approach
  • Lead execution of brand visual standards and updates
• Operations
  • Execute daily store operations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Schedule team members according to business needs and budget
  • Manage store inventory with a high level of detail and organization per SOPs
  • Lead opening and closing duties

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a retail leadership position
• Must be over the age of 18
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed by the business
• Ability to work full-time hours with open availability

Pay

Salary range $75,000–$85,000 (range may vary based on experience). Commission and bonus opportunities available.
