Responsibilities
Leadership & Talent Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of teamwork, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Operational Management: Monitor sales, manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and food sanitation standards.
Quality & Customer Experience: Maintain high-quality standards, implement customer feedback, and resolve complaints promptly.
Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in retail or food & beverage management.
Skills: Proficiency with POS systems and scheduling software, strong budgeting and inventory management skills, excellent customer service, leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
Physical Abilities: Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly, climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.
