ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide and manage the daily operational tasks of the store
- Inventory Management
- Track inventory levels, shrink and communicate needs
- Write and manage employee schedules
- Communicate employee schedules in a timely manner
- Design a daily & monthly schedule efficient workflow schedule
- Collaborate with other store managers and Head of Retail on establishing defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all of Retail Department
- Disciplinary Actions for employees
- Aid customers with their shopping needs and transactions
- Handle all customer escalations
- Tend to merchandising tasks via plan-o-gram
- Communicate with HQ Leadership
- Perform proper receiving and stocking procedures
- Prepare deposits and order change from the bank
- Ensure store inventory is regularly inspected, removed, or rotated according to the Product Freshness Review Schedule
- Maintain a safe, clean, and pleasing environment for customers and associates
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
- Previous retail and supervisor experience
- Excellent communicator with the ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and your team to meet goals
- Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally
- Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
- Able to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training
- Set sales goals
- Able to motivate a team

Pay Range
$70,000 - $80,000 per year
