The Store Manager Candidate supports store operations, focusing on employee supervision, staffing, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and staffing
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation
• Manage inventory and maintain store cleanliness and safety
• Act as store leader in the absence of the manager
• Review sales and operational data to identify trends
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Handle cash, deposits, and security procedures to maintain financial integrity

Requirements

• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of retail practices, cash handling, and inventory management
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Retail experience (advantageous)
• Bilingual skills may be preferred at some locations

Physical & Work Conditions

• Frequent walking, lifting up to 40-55 pounds, and bending
• Occasional outdoor exposure
• Fast-paced environment with moderate noise
• Some travel and limited overnight stays
