Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff
- Manage a team of baristas and ensure smooth operations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand image
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and integrity
Requirements
- 3 years retail / customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
Qualifications
- Minimum High School or GED Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.
- Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.

Pay
- The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
Schedule
- For roles in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.
- For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
