Store Manager (Br/Gas)

About the role

Supervises staff and oversees the operations of a branch store, including financials, sales promotions, personnel, inventory management, and training responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of staff
• Inventory management
• Financial management and expense control
• Staff development and mentoring
• Maintains compliance with loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues, and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Four years of experience in retail management, two of which were as a Sales Area Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Stockroom Manager, or Assistant Main Store Manager within the last five years.
• Or Bachelors degree and two years of experience as a Sales Area Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Stockroom Manager, or Assistant Main Store Manager within the last five years.

Salary

Minimum $62,693.00
