About the role
Supervises staff and oversees the operations of a branch store, including financials, sales promotions, personnel, inventory management, and training responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of staff
- Inventory management
- Financial management and expense control
- Staff development and mentoring
- Maintains compliance with loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues, and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Four years of experience in retail management, two of which were as a Sales Area Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Stockroom Manager, or Assistant Main Store Manager within the last five years.
- Or a Bachelor's degree and two years of experience as a Sales Area Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Stockroom Manager, or Assistant Main Store Manager within the last five years.
