Store Manager (Br/Gas)

About the role

Supervises staff and oversees operations of a branch store with gas, including financial, sales promotion, personnel, inventory management, and training responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of staff
• Inventory management
• Financial management and expense control
• Maintains compliance with loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues, and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
• Staff development and mentoring
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Three years of retail management experience within the last five years
• Or Bachelor's degree and one year of retail management experience within the last five years

Qualifications

• PCS authorized for eligible associates
• Relocation entitlements/allowances may vary

Skills

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of retail operations and environmental regulations

Pay

Minimum $54,533.00

Schedule

Long Hours, Standing, Night Hours, Weekend Hours, Holiday Hours, Fuel Management Compliance within 3 months of assuming position
