Store Manager - Banter by Piercing Pagoda - Westfarms Mall

About the role

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join their team. As a Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to positively impact many lives by managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing skills and product knowledge for your team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation
• Recruit and select team members
• Achieve profit margin goals by managing the P&L
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures
• Perform other operational and strategic duties

Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
