About the Role
As a full-time Windsor Store Manager, you are responsible for driving our mission statement in your store. You manage all aspects of daily operations, visual standards, and make decisions that impact store performance and profitability. You are accountable for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations.
- Maintain visual standards to align with brand identity.
- Drive store performance and profitability through strategic decision-making.
- Achieve productivity targets in sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.
- Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers, and Stylists.
- Foster a culture of dignity and respect among team members.
