About the role
As a full time Windsor Store Manager, you are responsible for driving the company's mission statement in your store. You manage all aspects of daily operations, visual standards, and make decisions that impact store performance and profitability. You are accountable for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. You hire, lead, and develop a high performing team of fashion loving Co-Managers, Assistant Managers, and Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities
- Drive the company's mission statement in your store
- Manage all aspects of daily operations
- Manage visual standards
- Achieve store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses
- Hire, lead, and develop a high performing team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers, and Stylists
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect
Requirements
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience managing a retail environment
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail operations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
Skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
$X per hour, depending on experience
