About the role
The ideal candidate will manage a store, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. They will oversee inventory, staff scheduling, and daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations including inventory management, staffing, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Manage employee schedules and performance evaluations
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and employees
- Handle day-to-day store operations and respond to customer inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
