Store Manager

About the role

The ideal candidate will manage a store, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. They will oversee inventory, staff scheduling, and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations including inventory management, staffing, and customer service
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Manage employee schedules and performance evaluations
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and employees
• Handle day-to-day store operations and respond to customer inquiries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
