What you’ll do
- Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile
- Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team
- Monitor product levels on the sales floor, rotating stock and keeping product levels full
- Oversee quality control, merchandising, & food safety programs in locations that offer hot food
- We love to keep a clean store. Help by delegating and completing tasks as necessary
- Operate the cash register in an efficient manner
- In locations that offer hot food - Assist the Store Manager by overseeing quality control, merchandising, safety programs and other guidelines in place for successful food service operation
- Perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of the Store Manager or District Manager
Requirements
- Minimum Education: High School or GED
- Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience
- Preferred Education: Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role
- Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills: ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory
- Soft Skills: Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members, High energy, Ability to move from one activity to another quickly, Team oriented; willing to give extra effort to help others, Computer skills are helpful
- Scheduling: Full-time – 40 regular hours maximum with 5 hours overtime required
- Holiday Hours: Required
- Physical Requirements: Ability to maneuver and regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Ability to stand/walk 8 hours a day; reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp and grip and work in cooler (cold temperatures)
- Specialized Attire: Required in food establishments (hats or visors, gloves etc. provided)
