Store Manager

The Store Manager at Sunglass Hut is responsible for leading the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Key responsibilities include:

• Utilizing The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to drive sales
• Coaching, developing, and inspiring the team to enhance store performance
• Leveraging The Sunglass Hut Experience to deliver a consistent customer experience
• Creating an environment that fosters growth and retention of talent
• Ensuring operational policies and brand standards are met
• Communicating promotions and incentives to the team

Qualifications include:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of previous leadership experience
• Detail-oriented and able to think critically
• Experience in customer service or retail

This position is open to candidates with the right mix of experience and passion for the Sunglass Hut brand. Basic qualifications are essential, while preferred qualifications are considered a plus.
