Store Manager
Position Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of store operations, including team leadership, financial performance, customer experience, inventory management, and brand compliance. You will serve as the face of the brand in your community and operate the store with an “owner’s mindset.”
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all daily store operations and ensure compliance with franchise policies and procedures
Manage cash handling, daily deposits, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
Review Profit & Loss statements, KPIs, and daily business reports to drive performance
Order food, supplies, and manage inventory counts
Schedule equipment maintenance and oversee store cleanliness and appearance
Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and brand standards are met at all times
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of management experience required (Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or similar)
Restaurant or retail management experience preferred; Smoothie King experience a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Word & Excel
Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or GED required
ServSafe Certification preferred
