Store Manager

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to ensure efficient daily functions and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, and retain qualified employees in compliance with labor laws and company policies.Train staff, conduct performance reviews, and address performance or conduct issues.Manage store opening and closing, ensuring proper staffing and operational readiness.Analyze financial statements to identify sales trends, control expenses, and reduce shrinkage.Oversee inventory management, ordering, merchandising presentation, and stock levels.Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and security; ensure adherence to policies and procedures.Provide superior customer service and foster a positive shopping environment.Complete administrative tasks, including paperwork and documentation within deadlines. Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, cash handling, and merchandising practices.Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret documents, perform mathematical calculations, and operate cash registers.Experience in managing staff and ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.Preferred high school diploma and management experience; bilingual skills may be advantageous. Physical & Working Conditions: Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and operating equipment in a fast-paced environment with occasional outdoor exposure.
