Role Summary Responsible for managing store operations, staffing, and employee development to ensure effective implementation of processes including ordering, stocking, merchandising, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.Lead store opening and closing procedures, maintain safety standards, and foster a positive work environment.Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, control expenses, and optimize inventory levels.Ensure merchandise presentation, pricing, and signage meet company standards.Maintain accurate inventory and cash handling procedures, ensuring store security and accountability.Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a clean, organized, and safe store environment.Complete administrative tasks and ensure employee adherence to policies and procedures. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret safety, operating, and procedural documents; perform basic math and cash handling.Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations.Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Experience in retail management and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.Certain locations may prioritize bilingual (Spanish) skills.
