Ribbit Computers is a tech-focused company founded in December 2004. We specialize in providing top-notch customer service and computer repair services for various devices including laptops, PCs, phones, tablets, and Macs. Our skilled technicians are equipped to handle both personal and business computer repairs, ensuring your devices remain functional and secure.

Responsibilities

• Stock the store with inventory
• Assist employees with their tasks
• Provide leadership to your team to meet performance goals
• Be trained in our systems and company philosophy

Qualifications

• Strong and persuasive written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with clients and coworkers
• Handle stressful situations in a congenial manner
• Understand Windows 8.1, 10, and 11, as well as macOS and Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills
• Manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
• Work independently or as part of a team
• Plan and prioritize to achieve objectives

Additional Information

Minimum of one (1) year’s work experience in an IT-related field, customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Starting pay is $16 per hour during training and $18 per hour after training.
