About the Role

Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service to ensure smooth daily functioning.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and retain qualified staff
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures
• Analyze sales and financial data
• Manage inventory levels and ordering
• Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with company standards
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and security
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Complete all required documentation

Requirements

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and retail operations
• Ability to interpret manuals and perform mathematical calculations
• High school diploma (preferred)
• Retail management experience (preferred)
• Bilingual skills may be preferred in some locations

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Frequent walking, standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, bending, and climbing
