Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager at Psycho Bunny, Topanga Mall, is responsible for managing and promoting sales culture within the retail environment to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals. This role requires strategic planning, expense control, and a focus on customer experience and team development.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment and culture by welcoming and celebrating differences.
• Establish a vision for the store based on key metrics and initiatives and cascade these to all team members.
• Ensure a supportive and engaging experience for team members and guests by focusing on personal and professional development.
• Build a delighted and loyal customer base through customer clienteling, analyzing customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information.
• Execute high-level quarterly and annual planning for the store with respect to strategy and budget, and manage the whole store profit and loss (P&L) in accordance with sales goals and budgets.
• Ensure execution and maintenance of all visual directives and guarantee the visual presentation of the Store always meets or exceeds Psycho Bunny's standards.
• Support in-store transactions and omnichannel programs such as buy online pick up in-store, phone sales, and ship from store options.

Requirements

• 5 years of retail store management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills to foster a customer-focused selling culture.

Pay

Hiring Range: $64,000 - $75,000 / yearly

Schedule

Fully remote with some on-site responsibilities at Topanga Mall.
