Store Manager

Precision Tune Auto Care in Lawrenceville/Sugarloaf is seeking a Retail Manager with strong business skills to oversee day-to-day operations at a shop focused on delivering exceptional care. While automotive experience is a plus, it’s not required—what matters most is a proven ability to run a retail-style operation, including P&L ownership, inventory discipline, team leadership, and creating a customer experience that drives repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Daily shop operations: scheduling, workflow, inventory, and vendor relationships
• P&L accountability for labor, parts margin, and controllable expenses
• Team leadership: hiring, coaching, and maintaining high standards of dependability and hospitality for technicians and service advisors
• Customer experience from arrival to send-off, including personal handling of escalations
• Local reputation management: reviews, community presence, and repeat-customer retention
• Safety and compliance across the shop floor

Requirements

• 3+ years in a retail store manager or assistant manager role
• Demonstrated ability to read and manage a P&L, including labor, margin, and controllable expenses
• Strong inventory and vendor management skills
• A track record of building and retaining high-performing teams
• Commitment to customer service as an operational discipline, not just a slogan
• Ability to hold people accountable while maintaining respect
• Local to the Lawrenceville/Sugarloaf area or willing to relocate
