About the role

You are responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will:

• Hire, train, and manage associates
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards
• Manage inventory and budget
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing the store
• Ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Contribute to the store's financial success

Requirements

To succeed, you should:

• Have a high school diploma
• Be flexible to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Have Serve Safe certification

Qualifications

Desired qualifications include:

• Experience in restaurant management or a related field
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Pay

The pay range for this position is $32 per hour - $35 per hour, within the range individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.

The schedule for this role varies based on the store's needs, but typically includes a flexible schedule, including weekends.
