Store Manager
About the Role
As a Store Manager, you are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. You will participate in an 8+ week paid Store Management Leadership Training program to prepare you for success.

Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Must be flexible to relocate to a store within a 50-mile radius of your home
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- Serve Safe certified (Food Safety)
Work Environment
While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted, and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing hot and cold foods using kitchen equipment, including Chinese cook knives
- Working quickly without losing accuracy
- Lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for up to four hours, and reaching across 36-inch countertops
- Working in a fast-paced, high-noise environment with limited storage and high shelving
- Effective verbal communication and adaptability to changing priorities
- Managing conflicts and difficult situations
