About the role

As a Store Manager, you are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. An 8+ week paid Store Management Leadership Training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Must be flexible to relocate to a store within a 50-mile radius of your home
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
  • Serve Safe certified (Food Safety)

Work Environment

  • Counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors
  • Workspace is restricted; employees are expected to remain standing for long periods
  • Must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment (e.g., Chinese cook knife), and work quickly without losing accuracy
  • Must lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across 36-inch countertops
  • Kitchens are hot with high noise levels; storage space is limited with high shelving
  • Fast-paced environment with changing priorities; requires effective verbal communication, adaptability, and conflict management skills
