About the role

You are responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will:

  • Hire, manage, and direct associates

We will provide 8-12 weeks of store leadership training to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Serve Safe certified

  • Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
