About the role

The Store Manager leads teams to maximize the financial output of their stores through the optimization of talent, operational execution, and delivering a rewarding customer experience. The role requires a drive for results, building high-performance teams, and managing a results-driven store environment.

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this position is $87,750 – $126,155 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience.

Schedule

Profit Maximization, Operational Execution, Talent Optimization, and Customer Experience are key areas of focus. The position operates during the hours of 6am - 10pm.
