Store Manager
Core Accountabilities
Deliver financial results: Drive financial growth by achieving sales and key KPI goals Exceed store EBITDA budget through responsibly managing payroll, supplies, and facilities Coach and develop staff to exceed individual and store goals Build a Dedicated And Good-natured Team Create and maintain a positive store environment by leading and developing a quality store team Directly responsible for the recruitment, hiring, training, and building a talent pipeline Urgently address performance issues using the Company tools Create a culture of customer obsession that caters to the extraordinary achiever: Deliver extraordinary customer service through your store team Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company expectations Consistently communicate customer, market, and product feedback Deliver Operational Consistency Achieve all operational objectives with regard to loss prevention, health, and safety Manage team to ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Full-Time Position
- College degree preferred or related field experience
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
- Store management experience preferred
- Must have open availability and the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a retail business, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- Must have an independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
- Knowledge in driving sales, business acumen, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team to coordinate operational tasks, including receiving shipment and maintaining store cleanliness; will participate in those tasks when additional support is needed
- Able to coordinate and manage a team to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge in staffing, coaching, counseling, training, development, employee corrective action and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and create a team-oriented environment
- Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English
- Strong computer skills including POS Systems and Microsoft Office
Physical Requirements
- The ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time, including repetitive use of upper extremities
- The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds occasionally
State Specific Wage Information
Rate of pay dependent upon candidates' relevant skills, experience, and location. Pay Range: $68K-$82K/year.
