STORE MANAGER
General Requirements
- Minimum 3 years retail experience, preferably in home furnishings
- Preferably 2 years design experience, or interior design degree
- Skilled at leading, motivating and managing a sales/design team
- Able to train, develop, and coach in sales, product and design
- Able to establish, develop, and maintain customer relationships
- Able to interpret profit/loss statements, KPI metrics, and general sales reports
- Able to manage daily operations of a store while achieving monthly sales and gross profit goals
- Passion for design, positive attitude, and professionalism is a must
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
