Victra is the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States. As a Store Manager, you will shape the guest experience by coaching your team to give their best to Every Guest, Every Time. You will drive high-performance results within a fast-paced sales environment, focusing on optimizing customer and employee experience.
Responsibilities

- Complete training courses and attend weekly sales leadership calls.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, showing your team how to provide exceptional service.
- Coach your team one-on-one and motivate them to reach the next level of performance.
- Manage daily operational tasks and maintain brand compliance.
- Drive personal sales by following the EGET sales process.
- Resolve customer issues and assist with customer transactions.
- Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
- Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience.
- Identify selling skill gaps and build and implement development plans.
- Run store operations, analyze staffing needs, report financial and sales data, manage cash, meet compliance, and handle store up-time and functionality.
- Maintain inventory by restocking shelves, managing device security, and ensuring store cleanliness.
- Lead store merchandising and planogram compliance in accordance with company expectations.
- Complete store opening and closing activities.
- Collectively, you and your team will be responsible for attaining store targets daily/weekly/monthly.
Qualifications
- Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry (preferred).
- Experience in Customer Service or leadership role (management experience in a commission-based sales environment).
- Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
- Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
- Set goals, evaluate performance, and develop a high-performing team.
- Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift ten pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
