Store Manager
About the role
ADI Global Distribution is hiring a Store Manager to drive sales performance and lead all operations of the store. This includes hiring team members and supporting their professional growth. As a Store Manager, you will work with customers to create and implement strategies that improve productivity and sales performance, aiming to achieve the store's financial targets.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a Sales Leader to drive selling activities and coach the team to increase sales performance.
- Ensure the store exceeds targets such as sales revenue, account growth, and product sales.
- Coordinate customer training events to expand market potential.
- Monitor competitive conditions in the territory and recommend changes to gain market share.
- Maintain relationships with customers and vendors to achieve short and long-term store goals.
- Work with vendors to identify sales opportunities and drive leads to the store.
- Leverage reports and dashboards to identify sales trends.
- Manage hiring, training, and mentoring of employees to ensure a positive experience.
- Lead team members to exceed organizational expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
- Foster an environment of teamwork that promotes diversity, cohesiveness, and support.
- Perform periodic performance reviews and annual compensation planning.
- Manage the store’s Profit & Loss (P&L), leveraging cost controls, price improvement, and sales growth to maximize profitability.
- Supervise overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities of the store.
- Promote exceptional customer service and handle escalations related to customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with a sales background.
- People management experience, preferably with distribution or retail exposure.
- Excellent communication (written and spoken) and active listening skills.
Skills
- Industry experience in security, AV, or smart living technologies.
- Computer literacy—knowledge of operating Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in any Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
- Store management experience, including Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills; ability to think strategically about business needs.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to create a culture of winning, customer service, and recognition.
- Planning and organization skills.

Pay
The typical hiring salary for this role ranges from USD $61,794.76 to $105,221.90 per year, varying by specific work location. Base pay is determined by market conditions, skills, and experience.
This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 42.86% of your annual salary, prorated based on hire date. Attaining your sales target qualifies you for 100% of your annual sales incentive, while surpassing sales targets enables you to earn additional incentive pay.
