About the role
The Store Manager reports to the District Manager and is responsible for driving sales, profitability, and overall store performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and exceed targets by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a seamless customer experience across all channels
- Coach, train, and develop your team to keep performance strong and consistent
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, including loss prevention, payments, discounts, returns, and exchanges
- Manage team scheduling to keep the store running efficiently
- Maintain high standards for visual merchandising and store presentation
- Build an engaged, inclusive team culture where everyone feels supported and motivated
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of hands-on management experience in retail or service
- Deep interest in fashion
- Natural leader with a growth mindset
- Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people
- Available for day, night, and weekend shifts
- Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days
