You'll bring to the role: - 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred) - Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates - Strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent - Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills - Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system - Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results - Action-oriented mindset with an ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines
