Store Manager - Converse Albertville

About the role

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $74,400.00 to $111,600.00. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, passionate, and knowledgeable about Converse products and services.
• Lead your team with courage and cultivate your store environment to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction and profitability goals while maintaining safety and operational standards.
• Foster a high performing, engaged team environment with a culture of recognition and rewards.
• Drive store operation excellence and execute brand initiatives, including P/L statements, labor management, expenses, activations, and programs.
• Lead your store's team and business results/critical metrics, including budgeting, planning, a high level of customer service, sales, people leadership and management.
• Work with District Partners on key enterprise-wide initiatives and programs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of management experience.
• Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
