As a Store Manager, you’ll lead from the floor, energize a team, and deliver results by balancing operations, team development, and customer wow moments.

Requirements
- 5–10+ years of leadership experience leading teams and delivering results.
- Experience managing a store or large department — retail preferred but not required.
- Promotion from assistant or co-manager roles is a big plus.
- Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-complexity store environments.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.

Essential Job Functions
- Frequently operate a computer, printer, and occasionally a cash register.
- Occasionally ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and put away stock.
- Frequently kneel, bend, twist, and stoop in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
- Identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, schedules, and standard operating procedures.
- Frequently communicate with customers, managers, and coworkers via telephone and face-to-face.
- Frequently move across the sales floor to direct associates and assist customers, as well as to and from the stockroom.
- Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs and place/move merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet.
- Operate equipment such as ladders, pallet jacks, and handheld devices.
- Remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform all essential job functions in compliance with applicable laws.

Pay
$56,700.00 - $71,550.00 per year.
