About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team of salon professionals, ensuring they deliver exceptional experiences to customers. Your responsibilities include managing store operations, achieving sales targets, maintaining budgets, and ensuring safety and security.

Responsibilities

• Manage and inspire a team to exceed sales goals and maintain budget adherence
• Oversee all store operations, including inventory management and expense control
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide personalized solutions for hair and beauty needs
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety and security protocols
• Maintain a clean and inviting store appearance

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn and develop team members and customers
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Passion for hair and beauty

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder
• Exposure to fumes and odors upon occasion

Skills

Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to motivate and develop a team are essential. Proficiency in using technology and software tools relevant to the retail industry is also beneficial.
