About the role

We are looking for future area managers! Do you want to manage your future? This is a full-time, salaried position that oversees all aspects of the store. You will be accountable for everything that happens within your store—people, operations, sales, or profits—including ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example; your team will follow your lead
• Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew
• Work 5+ days per week, most weekends

Requirements

• Ability to smile and have fun
• Clean background check
• Over 18 with 1-year safe driving history
• Working and reliable car or truck with valid vehicle insurance
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Currently residing near store location
