About the role

We are seeking future area managers to join our team at Domino's Pizza, LCC. This is a full-time, salaried position overseeing all aspects of the store. Previous restaurant management experience is preferred but not required. The role involves leading a team of employees, managing operations, sales, and profits, and ensuring the safety and training of the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits.
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team.
• Lead by example, setting a high standard for your team to follow.
• Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Requirements

• Ability to smile and have fun.
• Clean background check.
• Over 18 with 1-year safe driving history.
• Working and reliable car or truck.
• Valid vehicle insurance.
• Eligible to work in the US.
• Currently residing near the store location.
