About the role

We are seeking future area managers to join our team at Little Giants Pizza, LCC. This position offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership role and potentially become the boss of a Domino's franchise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits.
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team.
• Lead by example and hold your team accountable to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to smile and have fun.
• Clean background check.
• Over 18 with 1-year safe driving history.
• Working and reliable car or truck.
• Valid vehicle insurance.
• Eligible to work in the US.
• Currently residing near the store location.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience working in various positions within the store will expedite your learning curve.
• Full-time, salaried position, 5+ days per week, most weekends.
