Store Manager - (02497)

About the role

We are looking for future area managers to oversee all aspects of the store. This is a full-time, salaried position with a promote-from-within mentality—you’ll work and understand every position you’ll lead. You are accountable for everything that happens within your store: People, Operations, Sales, and Profits. You will lead by example, ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team while following all policies and procedures 100% of the time.

This position requires 5+ days per week, including most weekends.

Pay

$52,000 – $75,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including staff management, sales, and profitability.
• Ensure team safety, training, and adherence to company culture.
• Lead by example, following all policies and procedures consistently.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Ability to smile and have fun at work.
• Clean background check.
• Over 18 with a 1-year safe driving history.
• Working and reliable car or truck with valid vehicle insurance.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Currently residing near the store location.
• Judgment, leadership, and math skills.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience preferred but not required.
• Natural leadership ability—you thrive in a role where you ensure others are doing their jobs effectively.
