Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
- Maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
- Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
- Use P&L and store reports to affect change.
- Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Utilize proficient computer knowledge, particularly Microsoft Office products.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:

- A proven track record of leadership and results-driven behavior.
- Experience in supervisory roles or a relevant field.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of retail management experience preferred.
- A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
- The ability to multitask, perform physical tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
While a college degree is not required, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office products is necessary.
