Responsibilities

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
  • Maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
  • Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Use P&L and store reports to affect change.
  • Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program.
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Utilize proficient computer knowledge, particularly Microsoft Office products.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of leadership and results-driven behavior.
  • Experience in supervisory roles or a relevant field.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of retail management experience preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
  • The ability to multitask, perform physical tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

While a college degree is not required, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office products is necessary.
