About the role

The Store Leader (Manager) Trainee at 7-Eleven is a dynamic role designed to foster exceptional customer service through comprehensive training. The first three months are dedicated to mastering our in-depth training program, setting a solid foundation for rapid career progression into key operational roles.

Responsibilities

• Adaptability and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service.
• Leadership and entrepreneurial mindset to drive sales and optimize store performance.
• Training and coaching of store employees to develop their skills.
• Overseeing and implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Managing cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the rewards loyalty program.
• Maintaining a clean, safe environment by adhering to health and sanitation procedures.
• Using P&L and store reports to effect change.
• Ensuring a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.

Requirements

While a high school diploma or GED is preferred, candidates with at least one year of retail management experience are encouraged to apply. A valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
