Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
- Maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
- Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
- Use P&L and store reports to affect change.
- Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and demonstrate interpersonal skills.
- Show proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel.

- A High School diploma or GED, with at least one year of retail management experience.
- A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance.
- The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay
The starting pay range for this role is $12.50 - $17.25 per hour, with the final amount depending on experience and performance.
