Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer service metrics by motivating technicians and holding them accountable for their performance.
• Demonstrate an understanding of sales behaviors and customer service best practices, ensuring that technicians are well‑versed in the Connected Home product and the ‘Serve, Solve, and Sell’ approach.
• Train and develop the tech team.
• Act as the point of contact for dispatched technicians.
• Implement new processes.
• Participate in daily/weekly meetings with operational leadership.
