Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Gives all customers prompt and courteous service adhering to all Best In Class standards
- Ensures store appearance reflects company expectations and standards
- Handles all customer conflicts by using the MAKE IT RIGHT method
- Increases profits to ensure the financial security of the ESOP
- Utilizes all tools and departments to ensure all programs and policies are executed
- Maintains all expenses and sales to budget (or better)
- Engages in neighborhood marketing through community involvement
- Participates in Suggestive Selling contests to motivate Sales Associates
