About the role

Retail Sales Associate Crew positions are entry-level opportunities with schedules designed to fit your life. Responsibilities include cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking, and—depending on the position—food prep and foodservice safety. Beyond the expected duties, you’ll enjoy camaraderie with your store team and fun interactions with customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer-ready.
• Ensure proper food preparation and presentation, including making customer-favorite coffee.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote our rewards loyalty program.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice experience is helpful but not required—training is provided.

Pay

Hourly or salary range is determined based on the state where the job is performed and represents the range 7-Eleven believes in good faith is the compensation for this role at the time of posting.
