About the role

Retail Sales Associate Crew positions are entry-level opportunities with schedules designed to fit your life. Responsibilities include cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking, and some foodservice roles involve food prep and food safety. The role offers camaraderie with the store team and fun interactions with customers.

Cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice experience is helpful but not required. Training programs will prepare you to excel.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer-ready.
• Ensure proper food preparation and presentation, including making coffee.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

$16.00 - $21.44 per hour. The range represents what 7-Eleven in good faith believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final amount may vary based on location and Company discretion.
