About the Role

Retail Sales Associate Crew positions are entry-level opportunities with schedules designed to fit your life. Responsibilities include cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking, and some foodservice roles involve food prep and foodservice safety. The role offers camaraderie with the store team and fun interactions with customers. While cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice experience is beneficial, it is not required. Training programs are provided to prepare you for success.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer-ready.
• Ensure proper food preparation and presentation, including making customer-favorite items like coffee.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program.
• Follow proper health code guidelines.
• Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

The hourly or salary range for this role reflects the range 7-Eleven in good faith believes is the range of compensation at the time of this posting.
