Store Construction Project Manager(OHIO)

This role will drive complex store-construction programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in a Food & Beverages environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage store construction processes for new, relocated, and expanded stores.
• Oversee remodels and renovations, including re-builds and re-opens.
• Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and schedule effectively.
• Simultaneously manage 30–50 projects yearly, with costs from $100,000 to over $1.5M+.
• Provide ongoing project updates and maintain communication on schedule deviations.
• Deliver cost estimates for new projects and perform special assignments from the Director of Construction.
• Hold contractors accountable for project delivery timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of construction project management experience in retail, managing multiple projects across states.
• Minimum 5 years in ground-up building construction for retailers or general contractors.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, focusing on Excel and Word; PowerPoint is a plus.
• Technical knowledge in building codes, estimating, mechanical, electrical, or structural areas.
• College degree in a construction-related field.
• Experience with store planning, operations, and merchandising.

Pay

$110,000 – $128,000 annually.
